This facility, which aims at supporting female runners, opened in the vicinity of the Imperial Palace-Hanzomon area. It’s managed by Masami Motokariya. For over 20 years, Motokariya has done everything from writing articles for running magazines, planning and developing books to being involved in event production. Through this career she has come into contact with countless runners to study, and she came to the conclusion that among female runners there are two types: those whose skin becomes more brilliant and who become more beautiful through running, and those who become thin and who seem to age. To clarify the reasons behind these differences, Motokariya conducted research into the relationship between women’s exercise habits and their skin at Waseda University’s Graduate School of Sports Sciences. As a result, at Acting Runners you can participate in running programs for improving the beauty of your skin. So why not try to achieve beautiful skin through running and become a member of the school? Acting Runners is for members only, and bookings are required for all classes.
