The steel drums will be out in Yoyogi Park on August 10 and 11 for a celebration of Caribbean and Latin American food, music and fashion, representing everywhere from Trinidad to Dominica, Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, Brazil and the French Caribbean. Expect reggae music and lively Latin American beats, spicy festival food, colourful costumes and, of course, copious amounts of rum.
