There's a mutt menagerie erupting in Yoyogi Park this month, as the annual Wan Wan Carnival returns for its 6th year. Highlights of this dog festival include the Saturday afternoon stage show, wherein people perform skits with their pooches, and Sunday's 'The Super Sit Challenge', in which owners have to keep their canines stationary for two minutes (register online by April 10 if you'd like to take part). There'll also be quizzes, games, a photo booth and stalls selling assorted doggy goods, meaning that even if you're more of a cat person, it should make for an entertaining (or, at least, entertainingly surreal) afternoon.
