There are spots throughout eastern Japan where, at a certain time of year, you can watch the awe-inspiring site of the sun appearing to set into the caldera of Mt Fuji. This month, it's Tokyo Tower's turn, and they're probably praying for good visibility on the one day that offers a 'complete' Diamond Fuji: from 5.05pm on February 8. If it's cloudy (or you don't fancy having to fight through the inevitable crowds of camera-toting pensioners), you can also see a partial Diamond on February 7 and 9.
