Keeping in the same vein as last weekend's Farmers & Kids Festa, Hibya Park is hosting an offbeat kind of harvest festival on Sunday. The curiously named Soil & Peace Festival (tsuchi to heiwa saiten in Japanese) centres around a farmers market, with additional talk sessions and live music including taiko group Gocoo, rocker Taiji Sato and veteran folk singer Tokiko Kato.
