30 sake breweries from all over the country get together to serve up their finest varieties at this all-day nihonshu festival taking place at Ginza's Jiji Press Hall. In addition to the main offerings, there'll be alternatives like sparkling sake, umeshu and shochu – a total of over 130 different tipples – so you're sure to find something palatable. The last session of the day (from 6.30pm) will feature stand-up comedy in English and other foreigner-friendly quirks, while the first session (from 12.30pm) is only open to women. Ticket details can be viewed here.
