Spend a night sipping and appraising on the 21st floor of Shinbashi's old but still-kicking Dai-ichi Hotel, which boasts unbeatable views toward both Ginza and Shiodome. ¥5,500 gets you two hours of free-flowing Super Dry, wine and cocktails, plus an eight-course dinner that includes the hotel's famed roast beef.
