Spend a lazy spring day rolling around on the Midtown lawn with a book in hand – this annual 'open-air library' is returning for Golden Week. Most of the 150 titles available will be in Japanese, but if your kanji-reading is up to par, there's no stopping you from deciding on one of the 50 keywords, which will then lead you to a basket filled with three corresponding books and a picnic blanket. Intended to encourage literary discoveries and productive use of the gorgeous greenery, this one is worth checking out for all you bookworms.
