Night Stay Orca Special

Sat Feb 28 - Sat Mar 7, 2015 Kamogawa Seaworld

Time Out says

It's the kind of thing you might have dreamed about as a kid: every year, Chiba's Kamogawa Seaworld aquarium allows a small group of people to stay there all night, taking a behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities and having an evening meal before bedding down in front of a floor-to-ceiling fishtank. The 2015 version of the 'Night Stay' focuses on the aquarium's stars, the orcas (killer whales), educating visitors on the whales' habits, training and daily life, and even allowing for a photo op with the black-and-white giants. Places are limited to 40 people each time; call 04 7093 4803 (Japanese only) from 10am on January 16 for reservations. Oh, and don't forget to bring a sleeping bag.
