Tokyu Plaza Omotesando again assumes a Christmasy character, with the sixth-floor rooftop garden featuring an illumination spectacle called 'Wishes' that centres on a fountain-shaped tree lit up with multi-coloured beams. Shops in the building also sell special Christmas items and party paraphernalia, allowing shoppers to really get into the holiday mood on their visit. The organisers are also promising something extra special if it snows in December, so stay tuned.
