Time Out says

World-renowned lighting designer Motoko Ishii's projects include Tokyo Tower, the Rainbow Bridge and Elisabeth Bridge in Budapest, Hungary, so Yomiuri Land scored rather big when they hired her to produce the park's winter illumination show for 2014-15. As the name might give away, jewels are the focus, with a total of 3 million colourful LEDs set up throughout the vast area. Visitors can also expect to be treated to a powered-up version of the popular fountain light show. If you're looking for the most OTT illumination experience in Tokyo, this should be it.
