Time Out says
Only open for marine life enthusiasts older than 16, this special nighttime guided tour of the Kasai Rinkai Aquarium (Tokyo Sea Life Park) is your chance to see what penguins, turtles and tuna get up to after dark. The tour is free, but you'll have to book your spot via email by September 6. Check out the official website for details.
