Time Out says

Located in the renovated mansion of Count Nagayoshi Ogasawara, built in 1927, Ogasawara-Hakusyaku-Tei usually serves up some very fancy Spanish food. In late summer, however, the restaurant loosens up for this garden barbecue party where yukata-wearing diners can feast on paella, steaks, wine and the like for the relatively reasonable price of ¥10,000. Reserve your place well in advance, and don't forget to come in yukata – this dress code is strictly enforced.
