See beautiful flowers in the Japanese garden at this lush hideout in North Tokyo. Around 90 kinds of roses will be on display, while the Josiah Conder-designed mansion will be lit up in the evening between May 16 and 25, and musical performances will take place on May 10, 31 and June 7 (from noon and 3pm).
