Food Design Collection 2013

Fri Nov 8 - Sat Nov 9, 2013 Daikanyama Hillside Terrace Hillside Plaza

Time Out says

This event aspires to take the best of traditional Japanese food culture and mold it into a contemporary and cross-cultural form, so all you adventurous gourmands are in for a rare treat. World-class guest chefs including Francesco Mazzei and Haruyuki 'Hal' Yamashita will create and present original finger foods and sweets, and visitors will of course have a chance to sample the results right away. You can also taste the dishes prepared by the students of Meguro's L'ecole Vantan for the Food Design Awards contest, and buy 'conceptual sweets' certain to confuse your taste buds. See the official website for ticket information.
