Time Out says

The nation's biggest Indian festival returns for its 21st edition this year. Last year's 20th edition coincided with the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and India, while this year's event marks the 110th anniversary of the Japan-India Association. Live entertainment will include traditional music and dance performances, with a healthy smattering of Bollywood to keep the kids entertained. And with more than 20 food booths – including some of Tokyo's top Indian eateries – plus stalls selling handicrafts, clothes and music, it should be a fun way to spend a weekend afternoon.
