Time Out says

After premiering to mixed reviews in London last autumn, choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui's tribute to manga master Osamu Tezuka makes its hotly anticipated debut in Tokyo this month. Maybe their familiarity with the source material will help local audiences navigate the production's visual overload, in which dancers, martial artists and a calligrapher share the stage, accompanied by projections of Tezuka's artwork. Actor Mirai Moriyama has also been enlisted to take part, presumably to read the passages of text that contextualise the on-stage action, and draw links with last year's Fukushima meltdown.
