Didn't manage to get your hands on free fish at the Meguro Sanma Matsuri earlier in September? Not to worry – you'll get another chance at Tokyo Tower, when 3,333 fresh, charcoal-grilled Pacific saury from Iwate's Ofunato are given away throughout the morning. Get there early and be prepared to queue up – or bring a few coins and opt for the delicious-sounding sanma burger (¥500). Iwate-based artists will also be rocking the festival stage throughout the day.
