Already a fixture on the autumn festival schedule, Earth Garden gives a chance for the city's hippy population to stage a takeover of Yoyogi Park. The environmentally-minded fest sees market vendors selling a range of eco goods and handicrafts, with stalls serving up organic (though not necessarily vegetarian) food. There's also a Fair Trade Village and a hammock area for relaxation, while the musical lineup tends to maintain a relatively high level as well. If you're going in the evening, make sure to check out the candle-lit stall street.
