Time Out says
A fixture of the Sangenjaya summer for over 30 years, the colourful Latin Festival is back again. The main event is the samba parade on Sunday (from 1.30pm), which takes over Chazawa-dori in its entirety, but you can also look forward to tropically inspired food and drink, street performances and candlelight gigs (on Saturday evening).
