We're not sure how well upscale French cuisine and a beer garden go together, but that's exactly what the recipe is at Yurakucho's Kotsu Kaikan, where the 13th floor turns into this 'Beer Terrace' for July, August and September. Opt for one of the all-you-can-drink deals (¥4,800/¥6,400) for free-flowing Premium Malts, sparkling wine and highballs, plus meaty cooking courtesy of the chefs at Tokyo Kaikan. Paired with the gorgeous views toward Marunouchi, this combo looks like it just might be a winner.
