Tokyo Marathon Expo 2015

The Tokyo Marathon is an event that every Tokyoite should experience at least once, be it as a runner, spectator or volunteer. This year's edition takes place on February 22, with the finish line again set at Odaiba's Big Sight. If you're heading out there in advance, consider stopping by inside the exhibition hall as well, as this free fair packed with running-related fun will be on from the Thursday before until the day before the marathon. In addition to sponsor booths and a food court, the Expo features useful demonstrations of things like the proper way to use a defibrillator and how to ensure nutritional balance during your run.
