The dengue fever-carrying mosquitoes have left and Yoyogi Park's been deemed safe for the public again, so you won't have any excuses not to attend this colourful and tasty celebration featuring around 40 food and drink stalls dealing in delicacies like paella and tapas. Visitors will also be treated to entertainment like flamenco performances, violin artistry and a show by guitar idol Kenta Morimoto.
