Time Out says
The Fukagawa Gatharia shopping centre has been decorated for the holiday season with colourful light bands, this time themed 'Garden of Light'. The centrepiece is an eight-metre Christmas tree, but the around 300,000 LEDs should be more than enough to illuminate the entire surroundings. The show goes into New Year's mode from December 26 onwards, making this one worth a return visit.
