Time Out says
Themed 'Promenade of Light', this is one of the top illumination events in Tokyo in terms of scale, boasting a total of over 2.2 million lights. The area around TeNQ, Tokyo Dome City's shiny new space museum, is lit up with Ultraman-themed decorations in celebration of the museum's ongoing 'Ultra Monsters' exhibition, while a number of other light-up displays also colour the grounds.
