Time Out says
The Diver City Tokyo Plaza mall kicks off the winter season and lights up its surroundings with this large-scale illumination featuring a whopping 400,000 silver and red LEDs. Created in cooperation with Korean idol duo Tohoshinki, the display blinks to the tunes of their new single 'Time Works Wonders' once every hour, while a Tohoshinki exhibit will be held between November 4 and 21. Finally, popular comedy duo Nippon Elekitel Rengo are scheduled to appear at the opening ceremony on October 30.
