Internationally feted architect Kazuyo Sejima designed this community workspace, a glass-sided modernist structure that's available for rental by businesses, schools and NGOs. Shibaura House hosts events ranging from gigs to children's workshops (check the website for details), and also has a WiFi-equipped space on the ground floor that's open to the general public.
