Halloween Dash

Sure, it might be a pre-Halloween dash at best, but this mid-October costume run out in Chiba still looks like a lot of fun: wear your most outrageous outfit and set out on a jog through smoke, water, bubbles and other soft obstacles, with a post-finish music party to top things off. Stage makeup and face painting services are available on the spot, so you won't have to scare fellow passengers on the train over. Registration opens August 20.
