Time Out says

Even if you don't quite understand all the intricacies of traditional Japanese performing arts, this annual open-air Noh performance is worth checking out: taking place in the shadow of Tokyo Tower on a cool October evening, it'll see a total of three pieces staged, including a kyogen (traditional comic theatre) show featuring actor and Living National Treasure Tojiro Yamamoto. If your Japanese is up to par, consider attending the preparatory lecture for ticket-holders on September 26 (from 11am).

Note that the unreserved seats and B seats will not be put out in case of rain. In this case, ticket-holders will receive full refunds.
