Time Out says

Who says illumination shows are only for winter? The Hyakudan Kaidan pavilion at Meguro's Gajoen puts on a real light extravaganza over the warm months, with installations depicting some of Japan most famous summer festivals and other seasonal events projected onto the ceilings and walls inside the gorgeous building, a Registered Tangible Cultural Asset. You can also admire 500 lit-up wind bells (fuurin), goldfish-shaped lanterns, and similarly recreated versions of ukiyo-e master Hokusai's work.
