Start your Sundays right with outdoor yoga at Toranomon Hills, where free classes will take place at the Oval Plaza lawn every week from April to June. And when you're done with the exercise, head inside to the Toranomon Hills Café, where health-themed workshops are held from 11am. These cost ¥1,500 per session and include useful info on everything from how to make a healthy smoothie to tips on staying cold-free throughout the year. Do note that you need to bring your own yoga mat to the classes or pay ¥500 for a rental mat, and that there's a limit of 70 participants for each session (first-come first-serve).
Open Apr 5, 12, 19 & 26; May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31; Jun 7 & 14
Time 10am-12noon (registration from 9.30am)
