Spring Furuhon Matsuri

Fri Mar 27 - Sun Mar 29, 2015 Jimbocho Book Town Yasukuni-dori promenade

Time Out says

Famed for its annual Furuhon Matsuri in October, the Jinbocho book district puts on a smaller version of this literary celebration for sakura season. Teaming up with the concurrent Chiyoda Sakura Festival, Spring Furuhon sees vendors from throughout the neighbourhood take to the streets to show off their wares, while 1,000 servings of amazake will be handed out for free every day from 11am. If you need a fresh tome for spring (and can read Japanese, in most cases), this is where to get it.
