Flower Garden 2015

Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse goes all colourful for spring, with over 47,500 flowers to be arranged in three giant squares on the facility's inner plaza. A sight to behold even during the day, the artificial fields are even more impressive after nightfall, when a light-up takes place every day between March 28 and April 19. When visiting, consider checking out the indoor exhibitions as well: these celebrate the 13 years that have passed since the re-opening of this symbolic facility.
