Cosmos Flower Festival 2014

Tachikawa's Showa Kinen Park has the most impressive fields of cosmos flowers in the capital region and this is the ideal time to see them all in full bloom. The hilly grasslands of the park usually become draped in colour from the middle of September, and the multicoloured scenery can be enjoyed well into November. A variety of extra fun, including street performances and sales of flower-scented soft serve, also goes on during the festival.
