Time Out says

Toshima Art Station Koso started life as a modest base for assembling and realising art-related ideas, and has now grown to provide experimentation opportunities for a variety of projects. On Fridays, they host ‘work days’, where artists get together to share readings and ideas or simply chat about whatever they happen to be working on. In addition, the ‘Self Café’, open Fri-Sun, is free to visit and provides information about art events and the like going on both in Toshima and beyond.
