Takashi Asai's 'Hotpot' is a series of talks about the Uplink top man's first-hand experiences at film festivals around the world, including Cannes and Berlin. This time he's back with hot stories from SXSW (South by Southwest), a music and film festival based in Austin, Texas. In keeping with the theme, the ticket price includes a Texas-style taco as well as a drink.
