Glide to your heart's content at the new rink on the 4th floor of Tokyo Skytree's shopping complex. The rink floor is manufactured with an eco-friendly plastic, so no water or electricity was needed to make the ice. Now's your chance to engage in some healthy winter fun outside before spring hits us again.
