This family-run establishment usually features on the best sushi lists, but it offers great value. You can eat well here for about ¥6,000. The third-generation chef serves sublime tessa (paper-thin sashimi) and teppi (skin) during winter’s blowfish season, and a seared toro roll that regulars rave about.
