Top-grade Japanese beef usually commands sky-high prices, but Hafuu is run by a veteran Kyoto butcher, so quality is high and prices (relatively) low. You could splurge on a seven-course set menu, but the most popular choice is the beef cutlet sandwich, available with regular beef (¥1,800) or premium wagyu (¥5,000).
