This sepia-lit dive is a vaguely Rolling Stones-themed bar (hence, apparently, the name - which is the middle syllable of the band’s name). But the reason behind the joint’s enduring popularity among expats is the unpretentious vibe, oddball owner Hako and the likelihood of the atmosphere being boisterous long into the small hours of the morning.
