To use its full name, Ganso Bucchigiri Sushi Uoshin serves sushi, but not the wafers of fish you might imagine. Here, they claim to slice the fish three times thicker than usual. The ‘spilling over’ ikura lives up to the promise of its name and is served on a spoon to catch the tumbling salmon roe. The atmosphere is casual and lively, the prices are reasonable and the fish is superb.
