Touzan Bar

As you would expect to find in a luxury hotel, the Hyatt Regency’s bar is an upmarket place serving superlative drinks. Less predictable is the decor, with scrap ironware, antique locks, confectionery moulds, kimono fabric and a mosaic of vintage books, spines to the wall, inexplicably combining to create an alluring and stylish interior. Leading designer Takashi Sugimoto has also overseen the soundtrack of funk and jazz classics.
