Issen Yoshoku is a local legend. An oversized menu unfolds to offer just a single dish: a kind of okonomiyaki topped with beef, scallion, shrimp and a sweet or spicy sauce. At ¥630, it’s a bargain. The store is just as renowned for its logo - a dog pulling at the underwear of a young boy - and a unique interior that has kimono-clad mannequins sitting at each table like stunned hostesses.
