Chef Yukio Kato studied in Italy and returned with a culinary repertoire of top-end Tuscan dishes, including a signature homemade picci pasta with boscaiola sauce. Although the restaurant could be improved if there were a couple more waiting staff, the high quality of the food, combined with a well-chosen wine list and a rustic early-20th century townhouse setting make Trattoria da Nino a charming place in which to dine.
