Somushi serves healthy Korean fare. Forget about mountains of meat and kimchi: the brief food menu here includes Somushi gozen, a nine-dish version of Korean court cuisine, and shojin bibimbap, a meat-free dish of rice and veg. The longer drink list is just as nutritious, with mugwort shakes, ginseng-flavoured juices and a dozen herbal teas. Best of all, it’s set against a fantasy of clay walls and dark beams, which could have been designed for a film set.
