City developers Dramatic, known for setting up artistic hubs and bringing new life to run-down real estate all across town, have teamed up with construction consultants Metro to create this 'community space' in Iriya, just a few minutes' walk from Uguisudani Station. Opening in the basement of Dramatic's shared atelier, Reboot, 'Sooo Dramatic!' will be up for rental from April 3 and can be used as a gallery, photo studio or venue for a variety of events.
