Time Out says

The 4th in this annual series returns triumphant, having pulled in some 90,000 punters in 2010, though the program suggests that there's still some work to be done. Combining the idea of cinema and 'old town life', the real inspiration for the location of this international event seems to be that Taito-ku is recognised as a kind of Mecca for Tokyo comedy. The scattershot program offers Japanese audiences their first glimpse of flicks including Keanu Reeves heist caper Henry's Crime, black comedy Horrible Bosses and Salaryman Neo, the big-screen version of NHK's comedy sketch show. Elsewhere, there'll be a retrospective of the '60s comedies of director Masaharu Segawa, screenings of Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Simon Pegg starrer Paul, and a supremely unappetising all-nighter on Friday featuring Adam Sandler vehicle Just Go With It, the Farrelly Brothers' Hall Pass and right-wing pseudo-comedy An American Carol. Um... fifth time lucky, perhaps?
