At least you can be sure that you’ll get a good bowl of matcha at Urasenke, Japan’s leading school of tea. Though teaching the art of tea is the c-entre’s raison d’etre, it also allows visitors in for a cuppa and a snoop at some of its most treasured tea tools. For the very keen, there’s access to the library.
