Review

This museum covers the characters and details of the Meiji Restoration, when the Shogunate was overthrown and imperial rule restored. It has some interesting exhibits, including the sword used to kill Ryoma Sakamoto, one of the key figures of the Restoration, but it’s a text-heavy museum that will frustrate anyone who doesn’t read Japanese.
