It’s quite a trek from anywhere, but this sake store is by far the best in the city. Owner Hiroaki Ukai visits breweries throughout Japan and selects the top products, including aged and deep-sea water sakes. If you can speak Japanese, Ukai will discuss the drinks’ characteristics at length; if you can’t, pick the bottle with the prettiest label - there are no fillers on these shelves.
